Even when Android was not fairing all that well in the tablet market, the samsung galaxy Tab was going strong. Perhaps due to it’s size or perhaps it’s design the samsung galaxy tab was standing up to the iPad far better than most of it’s peers. With the release of the Android 3.1 Tablet platform this scrapper got a face lift and emerged as the samsung galaxy Tab 10.1, a larger and more powerful version of itself.

I could go on and on with the list of Android 3.1 tablets that are becoming available,and though it seems likely that Apple will have to do something to stay ahead of so many competitors they do not need to worry yet because there are still far more iPad users than Android users.
